Send newsletter - Mailchimp

The newsletter is sent via the dispatch service provider 'MailChimp', a newsletter dispatch platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. Agency Services

We process the data of our customers in accordance with the data protection provisions of the federal government (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU-DSGVO as part of our contractual services.In doing so, we process inventory data (e.g. customer master data, such as names or addresses), contact data (e.g.., e-mail, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. text entries, etc.), contract data (e.g. subject matter of contract, term), payment data (e.g. bank details, payment behavior), usage data and metadata (e.g. in the context of evaluating and measuring the success of marketing measures). We delete the data after expiry of the statutory warranty and comparable obligations. The necessity of retaining the data is reviewed at irregular intervals. In the case of legal archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after their expiry.
